ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT
In the project, which aims to be the city’s living center, you can socialize without leaving your site, relax with green in the common terrace areas, spend time with shopping after walking and cycling trails, and enjoy gourmet tastes in cafes and restaurants. The project is located on 38.450 m2 land, 10 blocks of 31 floors, 1+0 to 3+1 total 2.872 residences, 11.500 m2 commercial areas, 17.857 m2 terrace gardens, 2.262 m2 interior gardens and 18.000 m2 offers with landscape areas The project consists of 3 parts. There are 5 types of blocks in the first part and 3 types of blocks in the second part.
